Marcomm Manager

We are seeking a talented Marcomm Manager to join the dynamic team at White Rock Beach Club in Bali. As Marcomm Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand and driving marketing communications for our renowned beachfront beach club. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in brand management and marketing strategy.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing the overall marketing and communications strategy to promote the White Rock Beach Club brand
2. Managing all marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, and content creation
3. Overseeing the creation and distribution of engaging and visually appealing marketing materials
4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
5. Analysing marketing performance and adjusting strategies to achieve desired results
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, such as agencies and influencers
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marcomm or brand management role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
2. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts
4. Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
6. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. Passion for the hospitality industry and a strong understanding of the Bali market
